I live 70 miles away from this dealership which is a pity as I would have loved to use them to service the car. But they were brilliant about the time scale I had, not pushing me to be faster and made the whole experience really positive. Unlike several other dealership I have visited.

EMG BYD Kings Lynn were helpful because very happy with the friendly atmosphere from everyone,Paul Gowers sold us the car.
He made sure I was comfortable while on my test drive, made sure the car was in the best condition as possible for us, unfortunately we have a problem with the Ac on the car, he has gone above and beyond to make sure it’s fixed and organised a courtesy for us to use in the meantime. Very happy and love my new VW ID3
